As here I am going to share with you a few principles of this book that I liked the most.
PS: When I picked up this book I didn’t know it is going to be an awesome experience and this book is so interesting that I am going to finish it within a week.
So without any more talking, Let’s dive into it.
The Man who desired for Gold
Well, there is nothing much in the first chapter but the principle which it shares is the starting point of getting financial freedom.
And that’s why I considered sharing this point in my review.
In this chapter, two friends meet each other one is a charioteer and the other is a musician.
They are living a very hard life and could not even afford the necessary things in their life.
And in that situation, one of them says I desire to live a happy life where I could spend money without even thinking about it.
And that is the principle everything starts with a burning desire, and if you don’t have a desire you are not going to take action to achieve anything in your life.
The Five Laws of Gold
And one of the best chapters of this book is the five laws of Gold where the richest man in Babylon means Arkad gives his son 5 Principles of getting rich.
All the principles are important but among these five principles the two principles which I personally think are most important are:
- Keeping aside 10 percent of income for investment.
- Before Investing in anything doing a proper analysis of it and taking advice from an experienced person in that field.
The Luckiest Man in Babylon
I considered this chapter in my review because it talks about the importance of work.
Where a merchant shares a story with his friend’s grandson about how he and his grandfather became friends how hard they worked and because of that they became such great merchants of their time.
In this chapter, we learn that one who does work with heart and keeps improving in it by time will definitely be going to get success.
